new collective members
village, please welcome adt's new collective members: donna g, kemba king and renee bryce. this trio of women embrace the spirit and power of the arts and will be an integral part of adt flowing into 2010 with energy and love.
beside being a collective member, donna g is also adt's new director of operations. she brings "more years than i care to admit" of managerial experience to adt as well as her love of the arts (she hosts the arts radio show, the more the merrier on ciut 89.5 fm).
kemba king is also a radio personality when she is not in her role of community counselor. kemba co-hosts the monthly feminist radio programme, womyn's words. a womanist, writer and performer, kemba is also an artist-in-residence at adt, and will be a part of the mikey smith raw words festival.
born in trinidad, renee bryce is a straight up "artsy" who has found a place of comfort in the artistic endeavors of adt. as someone who revels in the arts, renee believes that there is no separation between life and art and that it's time for the elitists barrier to arts participation come down.
