storyteller groundings fest
anitafrika! dub theatre's bi-annual summer storyteller conference, the storyteller groundings fest, provides a creative space for inter and cross-generational dialogues as afrikan-canadians, on the relationship between our art and our integrities. this year's groundings theme was the storytellers' integrity, featuring works by toronto's emerging youth artists (mentored in adt!'s dubbin.stories.program), a series of rigorous panels by artists from all disciplines, anti-oppreshun/equality workshops, community performance works, and a market place of afrikanadian artisans.
